Back by popular demand! A Community Sound Healing at Madbury Public Library! All are welcome (ages 12 and older)!

Come enjoy the elevated vibrations of a relaxing Sound Healing session in the cozy spaces of Madbury Public Library. Heal your body and find your state of calm as you immerse yourself in an hour of self care. Enjoy the sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes, gongs, Tibetan sound bowls, prisms and more.

Wear cozy clothes!

Bring: a yoga mat (a few will be provided), a pillow, eye mask & bolsters and any other items that might assist you in finding your most comfortable spot.
