How to Use Essential Oils: Many people love the idea of essential oils… what’s not to love? They are natural, easily accessible and smell delightful! But as much as we love the thought of turning to oils for our every whim, finding how to easily slide into that mindset can be daunting. Where should you start? How will you remember to keep doing it? What will make it easy? 

If you have purchased oils that you love and can’t remember why, what or how to use them, if you are new to oils and want to get yourself into an oil routine or if you don’t have a single one but are interested in what oils are all about, this class is for you!!

We will have handouts and resources for you and for the cost of supplies, you can even make up blends or purchase a diffuser for a way to get started on your regimen! Bring your oils (if you want) or just come to learn and smell the benefits of oils.
